An urban neighborhood planning suggestion for North Herzelia neighborhood. The project participated in city building competition ran by the Israeli architecture association. The multi-level developing design creates a new urban pattern of streets and parks. The mixed-use long built strip crosses the neighborhood and contains the public facilities, suggest alternative elevated green promenade on its roof. An old airport in the western part of the neighborhood is reused as entertainment and park complex. The neighborhood employment regions are placed next to future junctions and train stations.
